All returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed on a case by case basis and required to be summited within 2 days of receiving your order.

Choking Diamonds: If product arrives damaged please provide us 2-3 photos, within 2 days of receiving item(s). If there is a sizing issue, please provide us accurate measurements (refer to Choking Diamonds sizing chart); upon approval and the return of previous item(s) we are happy to send a replacement (customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned item).

Enchante': If product arrives damaged please provide us 2-3 photos, within 2 days of receiving item. If there is a sizing issue, please provide us accurate measurements (refer to our Enchante' sizing chart); upon approval and return of previous item(s) we are happy to send a replacement. Lingerie', under garments, swimwear and previously worn apparel will not be accepted for returns/exchanges.

Melting Diamonds: If product arrives damaged please provide us 2-3 photos, within 2 days of receiving item(s). Upon approval we are happy to send a replacement.

Naked Diamonds: Due to the nature of the product "Naked Diamonds" does not accept returns or exchanges for any of our skin love products. However If product arrives damaged please provide us 2-3 photos, within 2 days of receiving item. Upon approval we are happy to send a replacement. Please refer to ingredients section to avoid any allergy issues.
